RE:China Built 40,000km High Speed Rail in 15 years.. including40,000km / 6165km = 6.488 times across Canada.   
15 years / 6.488 =     2.3 years  

Imaging building a High Speed Rail from Vancover to Halifax, across the country, including all the bridges and tunnels needed, all in 2.3 years.     Then do it 5 more times.  

Trying to put things in Perspective that I can understand.

All just my opinion/view/thinking

Kinder Morgan requested to expand Trans Mountain in 2013.   Canada bought it in 2018.   It's now 2022.    Almost 10 years !!!!!!    And it's still not done.
