Tripp at the 1:15:00 mark. "No shortage of Canadians lining up to get involved in AVRT or take the Aristotle test"

He goes on to basically say that this is a strong indication of acceptance of both programs given that Canadians are not as used to paying out of pocket for health care as Americans have been.
