RE:RE:Philanthropy of PETERIf you go to sedi.ca and look it up I beleive Peter donated an additional 1,000,000 shares to the 2% foundation
It is a registered charity of which he is a director. So it shows that he donated, but also that his charity gained the shares.
He did it on the day that the TSX was closed and the stock went silly on the nasdaq. Smart move by him as it will allow tax advantages.
This is all just my best guess, i could be wrong.
