Question

Question
  • Total operating expenses for the fiscal third quarter were $15.9 million, compared to $7.6 million from the prior year’s quarter.
  • Net loss for the fiscal third quarter was 10.7 million or ($.10) per share versus a net loss of $4.4 million or ($0.06) per share in the third quarter of fiscal 2021. Both the net loss and net loss per share were impacted by non-cash expenses of approximately ($0.03) per share in the quarter ended December 31, 2021.
So what did they spend cash on? It's double. And why the shelf prospectus of 50mil? Just good to have going into high interest future or have they been eyeing something.
