Prior Invictus shareholders need to WAKE UPI did a little bit of reserach on Invicitus (GENE), specifically with regards to Poda.
Poda was a subsidiary of Invicitus and when Poda has developped its Poda device, Invicitus decided that it would be best that Poda does it as a stand alone entity.
Shareholder approval was required to complete the transactions, which was obtained. By the time the spinouf was to be done, Invicitus filed for creditor protection because their canabis business did not succeed. Then there was the complication of having to go through the Courts to get the spinoff approval.
Once approval was done, Poda listed on CSE, appointed Ryan Shelby as CEO (he was not part of management of Invicitus). Poda signed LOI with Eson, then raised $ 20 million and, now negotiating with Landeywck.
When people compare Poda to Invicitus, it is like comparing Apples to Oranges.
Invicitus did not give Poda a chance, when product was ready, they decided it was better to spin it off.
A few years passed due to the difficulty of completing the spin off.
Poda is now free and, has a CEO who is not related or involved with Invictus.
I know that the prior shareholders of Invictus are disgruntled with Invictus but you have to make the difference between entities. Poda is not Invicitus, Ryan is not prior management, and Poda was never given a chance by Invictus.
My personal opinion
