I really liked chen and trusted him for 9 years(due to his chinese background in honesty). After seeing that he's trying to cash out 1/3 of his portfolion makes me hate him. It makes it look like after raping the company for 9 years he's trying to bail and cash out 33% of his holding...which he didn't deserve.
