RE:RE:RE:The Boliden Odda "Green Zinc Project" conundrumIts very complicated but in the zillions of very complex ageements and  documents on SEDAR, I am pretty sure there is some kind of poson pill/deterent buried deep and carried over from Noranda to Xstrata to Glencore.  I recall some kind of language that gives Glencore the right to convert and vote their shares in a takeover.scenario.  I also recall seeing some terms about termination of all agreements in the event Glencore is no longer "in control".  Furthermore, who in their right mind wants to go up against Glencore 

And in the event a takeover succeeds, the new owner will have to go to the market and purchase 500kt of high grade concentrate from the traders (like Glencore and Trafigura) that control the concentrate market.

Bottom line the only entity that can purchase NIF is Glencore.
