RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Someone is buying the unit but why?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Someone is buying the unit but why? Really great points, Bob. I have the same fears about the lack of liquidity and lack of any commitment from directors to support the share price or hire a market maker.

I'm not sure under normal circumstances that the market cap should go up 30x to keep the current share price, but will admit that I don't have many comparitors to make any comparisons. There is so little liquidity over the past 6 months that it's hard to make any great assessments for what the market values this company at.

I agree that it is very possible we could come upon a situation where there is no bid on the stock, with millions of shares on the ask at 0.005. If that is the case, I would imagine management will consolidate shares rather than do anything constructive to raise market valuation.

In any case, we as debentureholders become the overwhelming holders of capital stock, and hopefully will have some pull in making management decisions. I will hold around 5% of outstanding shares, and will have to decide whether to liquidate my holdings, or push management for some shareholder friendly measures.

If anyone has any proposals around protecting shareholder's rights and equity, I am open to being a part of that advocacy.
