foreigner backers are the commie chinese. CCP has infiltrated all part of canadian gov't and politics.

But I'm guessing Racism probably played/playing a role and NO Chinese Companies were asked to bid/supply on Trans Mountain Expansion.

There's a reason Apple makes their phone in China and now one of the Richest companies in the world.

All just my opinion/view/thinking.

Imaging building a High Speed Rail from Vancover to Halifax, across the country, including all the bridges and tunnels needed, all in 2.3 years. Then do it 5 more times.

Trying to put things in Perspective that I can understand.

Kinder Morgan requested to expand Trans Mountain in 2013. Canada bought it in 2018. It's now 2022. Almost 10 years !!!!!! And it's still not done.
