Future??

Future??Have to agree  it is getting ridiculous.  Get a bit of  'noise '  from the company  , then nothing  for  MONTHS.

Am  way  down  and seem to recall  being advised  on the board to  buy more to average  down.

that did not and will not happen  until  there starts to be an nogong and positive news flow  here.

I  might also  cut and run  as  has been mentioned, opportunity cost  is also a factor  in the process.

As for the arbitration  and lawyers  ,  you always need to take  advice   with a pound of salt.
I have often been told  things are a slam  dunk   - we will write  them a letter and  you will get paid.  -  write the letter  , the receiver  says NO  (which  is what would be expected as a first response)  and suddenly   OH  - This is going to be a lot more difficult than we thought!!!   Give me a break!!
