RE:RE:RE:What bothers meThere is a reason why there is a lack of communication, it is called the QUIET BLACKOUT PERIOD.
Poda has a LOI with Landeywck for a blend trial period. If this trial period is successful, both companies will sign a partnership agreement to create one product together, obviously using the manufacturing plants owned by Landeywck.
And my guess is that if things start to go really well during the commerical period, then BAT (the 25% owner of Landewyck) will probably buy out Poda.
But at this moment, there is no deal. Therefore Poda has to be careful. If they start promoting their company then it looks like they are prejudicing Landewyck as it will cost them more on a partnership terms. Poda does not want to be seen as promoting its stock price. This would be viewed as BAD WILL by Landewyck, nor does Poda want to attract other companies which will complicate the Landewyck possible relationship.
It is better to close one deal properly and, then promote the heck out of it with news, at least you are both on the same sides.
Right now, each party is looking out for their interests only.
My personal opinion,
