He seemed confident, I'll grant you that.

compacency based on taking way too long in getting a deal done. As indicated in other posts, either Philip is chasing the "perfect" deal (letting perfect getting in the way of very good)... which is not necessarily in shareholder interests and squandering the lead the company has been able to achieve. Or there is no interest in a deal with SVA at this time... which in my opinion is a bigger problem.

so we either either a complacent situation... or one where a deal is not imminent as Philip would like us to believe.
