The Company owns licensable seismic data library in Canada, consisting of over 65,310 square kilometers of 3D seismic and 829,207 kilometers of 2D seismic. The library covers the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin. Seismic data is used by oil and natural gas exploration and development companies to identify portions of geological formations that have the potential to hold hydrocarbons. Seismic data is utilized by those requiring advanced geophysics to maximize the probability of project success including companies exploring for non-traditional forms of energy such as lithium, companies developing carbon capture, utilization, and storage projects, and companies exploring for helium. It offers its database in various formats, including Seg P1 Format (NAD27) and ESRI Shapefile Format.

RE:Library sales history Not asking for too much are you?  I doubt anyone posting a list of merger rumours would be very helpful?  If a merger happens you can pretty much assume PSD will make a lot of money from it unless those companies don't drill in Western Canada. As for the companies who have purchased seismic services recently, the correct answer is "everyone that needs one".  Pulse's business is a monopoly business.  If you want to drill in Western Canada you have to pay Pulse Seismic a fee for their survey or you can simply use the more expensive hit and miss technique.
