share price The company is strong, with no debt, with a nice backlog.
The share price is going to be based on who wants to buy and who wants to sell. At present, just a recap, there are no signed contracts for mutli-year sales. And, the powder biz is opening for business not really before July 2022 (in terms of signed contracts). And, as Peter now has his majority share ownership there is also less 'buy' drive than last year.
So, the fundamentals are great for PYR. We wait.
But, for folks looking for a 'pop up' with a surprise news release, well, that does not fit this longterm model, which is aimed at a much longer term hold. And so, pretty sure there will be no significant news other than the usual quarterly release. Which means that there is little if any 'buy' pressure over the next couple months. And so, the 'sell' pressure will dominate.
For people selling now, be sure to learn about CRA policy regarding "superficial loss".
There is no need to Peter to provide any news release at all because there is no material change, one way or the other. It is 'status quo'. If there was a material change in either a positive or a negative sense, it would be there.
Share price is related to the day to day buy and sell. PYR is not strategically or tactically on that model.
Keep up the good work Peter!
