If your scenario was to play ourt there would have had to have been a large short position reported Feb 17- 22 at the very least: the reported short position was about 160,000 shares (miniscule) on those days, so that makes your narrative somewhat suspect in any case.

In point of fact, HAD the underwriters and/or their close, substantial clients held short positions, the issue could have been significantly more successful and may not now be trading at a substantial discount.

As to the rest, have an opinion  and theory if you will, but don't present it as some kind of self- evident fact and use it to smear both people and companies.

I'm with Multilex on this one, but it could take some time to get this train back on track.
