too complicated

too complicated
Invested based on news release before investigated......bad move.

It looks to me like they have invested in too many high tech startups and have make it too complicated for the average investor to follow.

also, the 2 for 1 split is difficult to understand.

 Could someone please explain the potential of this company.

Also, no financial statements no greater than 10% holders of common stock.

Kinda sounds like they don't care about the small investor.

would appreciate any insights.
