RE:share price GREAT FUNDAMENTALS?
Did you even read your own post?
Let's do some fundamentals... No new useful news or contracts. Purchase order without deposit. Director resignation, senior and junior accountants required so I will presume there's been resignations. No meaningful institutional investment
majority shares controlled by one party thereby eliminating any serious chance of institutional investment.
No analyst reports notta zip zero.
Financials being delivered on the last day allowed. No one holds back good news especially when your stocks down the toilet.
Same officers for 30 years but very young board of directors who are compensated more than directors at a bank.
Strangely in bed with HPQ which appears to have 20 to 30 years of zero revenue.
Advertising on stockhouse and a couple suspiciously active posters dedicated. only to the two companies.
thats how I see the fundamentals ...
Oh sorry go PYR...woohoo

The share price is going to be based on who wants to buy and who wants to sell. At present, just a recap, there are no signed contracts for mutli-year sales. And, the powder biz is opening for business not really before July 2022 (in terms of signed contracts). And, as Peter now has his majority share ownership there is also less 'buy' drive than last year.
So, the fundamentals are great for PYR. We wait.
But, for folks looking for a 'pop up' with a surprise news release, well, that does not fit this longterm model, which is aimed at a much longer term hold. And so, pretty sure there will be no significant news other than the usual quarterly release. Which means that there is little if any 'buy' pressure over the next couple months. And so, the 'sell' pressure will dominate.
For people selling now, be sure to learn about CRA policy regarding "superficial loss".
There is no need to Peter to provide any news release at all because there is no material change, one way or the other. It is 'status quo'. If there was a material change in either a positive or a negative sense, it would be there.
Share price is related to the day to day buy and sell. PYR is not strategically or tactically on that model.
Keep up the good work Peter!
