What I Would Be Looking At Is the Last Round of Financingat .20. So far it has stood at that offering but given how low this continues to trade it may so happen that the shares will be repriced and that will be a disaster for people holding longer term. Remember I am speaking very neutrally. For as long as this doesn't happen that will bode well for longer term shareholders. So that will be a key of sorts. It is possible that there are things down the pipeline that insiders are aware of in which we will always be the last to know hence the price moving laterally where people are buying up on the open market at a lower price than the offering as we talked about before.
I would also look at the volume as long as it keeps in the millions that will bode well. The bottom line is that I would not look to see a huge spike or a lasting one as mentioned without products coming through the channels I still see it as when not if as I don't see this as anything but a legitimate company that still needs time to get things going through and I am not saying this to pump or anything else.
If this company was going to collapse the price would have kept shifting down and with large volumes so when it goes up or down on small volumes there is manipulation going on easy as that. The true test is to see where the price is at on larger volume trades.
To me the bottom line is more favorable than not because as I said if this thing would have collapsed it would have done so in a big way by now but conversely it is not moving for a few reasons yes product is key but also the outstanding is large and you need revenues that will offset it.
I wouldn't buy unles this is .05 or less because this is clearly not moving past .10 and it is locked in a low of .06 to .095 and hasn't done anything else.
Time will tell where things are but for now this is a strong hold and a buy only more towards the low and a sell at around .07-.08 if bought at .05-.06.
No point trying to say much here as we know what will drive the prices either way--lack of product and confidence as time goes on will lead in a collapse of share value but with so called fluff news and shares not collapsing again keep an eye on the last pp and if it holds that is a huge key as are products and large not small volumes of under a million.
my strategy as said I hold best move. I did not sell my last 1000 at my sell point but I did move 2000 at .16 because I needed monies for something otherwise chances are i would have held those too. Regardless, you can be angry or you can just see things for what they are look for the trigger indicators and get your mindset ready either way--using set triggers always the best way to handle shares to keep as much emotions out of things as possible. I just saw your post stockman about the other poster working it. No need to work anything here it is likely to remain in a very tight low to under .10 range and volume price of last pp and products the keys here. Best to just put this aside let the company do what it does and just have your strike points in play.
