Keep My Shares

If I keep my shares and Wyloo takes over, do I loose and forfit shares? or do they turn into wyloo shares? should I tender my shares? If so can I buy back shares at the tender price of the new company? The ring of fire has got to be worth a heck of alot more then a buck 10. Any feed back is helpfull I invested almost 4 years ago knowing I had a winner, but more then 1.10
