definately manipulated. It has been manipulated for the last year IMO. Only the insiders are getting rich. Good NR's and it goes up to 30 cents for a few hours or a few days. Insiders sell and then back down to 16. How many times in the last year. $40 million contract. I don't see any major NR coming. The $40 million was the biggie. No need to own this stock since there are many good quality stocks out there.
