  • There is a really good chance all of this will pan out.
  • The rush to get the ball rolling on the $50M loan with KfW. This appears to be a priority issue. The K Govt has to offer us something better than the interest cost of the loan (and over and above the initial incentives), and I am sure KfW will want to see something in writing from the other Korean stakeholders in their commiment to purchase the additional 55%.
  • I expect this loan to be done before November.
  • But, the $420Bn investment in the semi-conductor industry over the next 8 years........that is the big one.  Almonty will need to expand production. I figure LB has 2 years to figure that out and have the finance in place to do it. This is the reason the Moly has been sidelined.
