RE:@INVESTINGNEWS.COM The Tinley Beverage Company, Feb 23, 2022 For sure, this is a great link to educate yourself to an opinion similar to my own.
I apologize if anybody misunderstood my black market spelling which maybe should have been black-market spelling where I was trying to explain an underground market, not to be mistaken for the underground railroad, lest somebody jumps to that conclusion.
Alas, previous posters may be right that I am a nagger because I have caught myself in the act of being a nag, on occasion and I am also a little prejudice, mostly for laughs when I use a less than acceptable description of a person as long as it gets a laugh.
Being a honky cracker by ethnicity with a good pinch of redneck muthafocker, I promise I will truly try to not offend as I did with my spelling of black market.
Do yourself a favor and click on that link posted above and take the time to read it because there is good potential to get up to speed or at least a different opinion of our investment.
I'm not sure if Tinley's LB facility is the largest in California but I do believe that we are barking up the right tree with THC infused beverages as do a whole lineup of co-packers who are lining up for our services. THC beverages are just a much nicer and socially acceptable way to ingest your THC in a familiar social fashion or for medicinal purposes.
It's a new sku game in the States and seems to be getting traction once the recipe wizards figured out that flavour and effect was going to win the battle over slapped together efforts that taste like yucky, stinky, pot-flavoured beverages that could make ya puke.
With covid and everything I haven't had the opportunity to try our Tinley's but have tried quite a few that are on shelves in Canada and have noticed a marked improvement as some are discontinued in favor of flavor and effect.
Swiggin'down a nice tasting bevy is a social event if you choose to do it amongst company and a lot less offensive than the cloud of smoke permeating the air, wherever. It shoudn't cause much disdain if you don't draw fire like over-inebriated drunks do and chances of getting in bad trouble with it are a lot less than alcohol or fentanyl.
I follow several companies, some of which I invested in as alternatives to Tinley's investment and notice that Tilray is on a mission to become more like Constellation Brands which is a big multi-alcohol investor, manufacturer, distributor company and also the one that helped hugely to solidify the concept that marijuana is here to stay. Constellation coughed up $5 billion for almost half of Canopy Growth shares of a tail to snout cannabis and hemp company. Canopy is targetting beverages bigtime for cannabinoid infused style because they smell money.
As far as Constellation goes, I think they want to bring their beverage expertise to combine with Canopy's pot and hemp expertise and they have also inked a deal with Acreage Holdings which is a leading US Multi State Operator that has everything that Canopy is going to need Stateside except a THC licensed and functional beverage sku bottling facility.
The other leading Canadian cannabis and hemp company in Canada is Tilray who are showing the same ambition as Constellation, to build a US beverage conglomerate of companies with several recent purchases of a liquor manufacturer and Sweetwater Brewing who are producing some interesting IPA beer products that are labelled as 420 and H A Z Y, which are making their way to new States with new distributors and you know that I am thinking that this could just be the for-runner for cannabinoid infused beverages on US soil after they get through all of the hoops that Tinley has to get into production.
Could there be a switch of alcohol for thc and/or cbd in the works to chase the same carrot as Canopy and Tinley being cannabinoid infused beverages.
There is a lot of weight lining up behind marijuana and hemp beverage skus! Is it such a stretch to think that Tinley's is a quick fix for a quick launch by either of these or maybe we are a twinkle in Cott's eye and they have been there all along on the qt, keeping their head low and once removed.
If that is the case I would love to see a lot of black ink before we get a price to earnings offer.
Fortune 500's are getting 33 to 1 valuations shareprice to bricks and mortar for going concerns.
Our value could change rapidly subject to profits and events.
