RE:Fy2022 Q1 results

Financials look pretty good. Gross and ebitda margins came in at the lower end of the range but revenue growth is progressing nicely. I've estimated about $1m or 7.5%  came from organic growth and the balance is due to acquisition growth. The last 4 quarters has delivered ebitda of $1.5m, $1.7m, $1.3m, and $1.8 or a total of $6.3m. I've estimate the enterprise value at $45.45m and ebitda of $6.3m for a ratio of 7.2.

The company should be worth a lot more.
