Guatemala joins the list of "unfriendly jurisdictions"...could be a one off, but then again this could just be the start of "hands wanting a greater piece of the pie", lets see if they just go blindly ahead( get another rig) or tackle and solve the local issues? Obviously the locals know their is something of value here and they want their share...
