My thoughts are .... supply security has never been more important to the nations of the world ! Without strategic metal supply tech industries will not set up shop in those countries. This deposit/ mine has never been more important to UK future. 

what we need is a wartime consigliere ( Godfather reference) . Is Boris that leader ? 

Fast track the mine ! 

Don't let them cap those natural gas wells !

and while we are at it ..  open the taps Biden !
