RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another $50M Loan to Expedite Build
  • Totally agree on the LOI...... it just a LOI to begin business negotiations.
  • At the 21:00 of the IIF video, LB says "KfW is a development bank (not a commercial bank) and will support Almonty in their endevours as Almonty grows".
  • The hardest part is getting the first loan. After that it should be easier.
  • The K Govt and Industry has to put in writing something to state they will be purchasing the 55%, otherwise I don't see KfW providing the additional loan.
  • The K Govt and Industry are pushing Almonty to get to max capacity sooner. If they really want it, then they have to step up. Otherwise Almonty can continue with their original rollout plan where Almonty finances the expansion with their profits.
  • I personally think KfW will provide the loan if all the ducks are lined up.
  • Plansee will also support it because if Almonty can grow faster, then Almonty can purchase other mines where Plansee has the option of offering those products to their customers.
