38 % of uranium comes from Russia and Kazakhstan..
16 and 22%...

Thre are orther sources that could be replaced over time including from canada and Australia.

Uranium fuel cannot be substitued for another fuel in a reactor. USA produces basically zero uranium. So who actually holds the hammer with regards to sanctions.
