Somehow Poet believes moving to Nasdaq helps.
They are desperate to do something.
Due to the delays they have nothing to News Release, so on a prayer they do something, anything to save the share price. Soon enough we will find out. But clearly no position of strength as promised.

If it was done as a result of a weakening share price and to maintain one's listing its usually a bad sign the company is in trouble...however Poet was apparently doing it from a position of strength.
