Giving him the benefit of the doubt and calling it an even $4.00; at today's price those $4 shares are at 98.6% LOSS. Absolutely insane.

There is an argument, however, to be raised about his averaging down. His personal friend(s) and/or family member(s) Timothy Daniels / Blake Fallis may have paid him in shares for all the private placements he has sold. "Hey Lanny, go dupe some investors into a PP and we will just dilute the SP and pay you X00,000 number of shares".

All of the PPs Lanny has sold for Tim and Blake over the past 20 years may have given him millions of 0 cost shares which could have helped him average down; definitely something to be mindful of.
