I would wait to see what Biden says today before betting on Keystone. He will likely still favour
Russian oil supply or, failing that, still continue to try and twist Saudi Arabia's arm for additional supply.


And sure enough Biden gave no indication whatever that he will lighten up on his anti-fossil fuel program in the U.S. Certainly nothing that would effect a movement on Keystone. Someone in his party has him by the ----s.
