IIROC / SEC / U.K rules & regulations are likely similar to each other. However the rules & regulations may be on the books but enforcements are difficult and costly. They definitely have no manpower / means to start an investigation unless it is at least related to a big multi-million case. So posting about Anonymous messing with our stock = the only way for us, small fry, to express our anger /  frustration.
