It's terrible that Quebec will be able to develop the Utica without our participation, and after all the work we have done.
Someday, NG will be huge will LNG playing a signifigant role but QEC won't be involved. The Quebec gov't will under their their provincial plan to develop natural gas. They will change their tune like the hypocrites they are. There will be no alleviation for us though.
