Simplici Dante u may find this of interest

I stole this off of facebook  PS I have been 100 percent out now for a long time just check the BS fr time to time

Jean-Pierre Colin wrote a rather odd and cryptic article and posted it on LinkedIn last night endorsing Cipher Neutron (Founded by Gurjant Randhawa, former head of R&D for Dynacert for 6yrs). Although he didn't flat out say it was Dynacert, the context seems to point to Dynacert.
"I serve on boards of public companies. I’ve had a really bad month with one of my boards of directors. I want to change the world and the independent directors are 100% against me."
"Sometimes, as a corporate executive, you may encounter a hostile so-called "independent" board of directors that you have to challenge for the very good of your company, for the good of shareholders. They declare World War III against you. Sometimes the only winning move is "not to play" with them."
"But sometimes, in the interests of shareholders, you have to go to war and leave it to your public shareholders to foster a better economic reasoning and let shareholders decide, not the board. Often, as an executive, you have to act for your shareholders, not for your board. Sometimes you have to teach your own board (the hard way) to "learn""
Is Payne the ‘independent’ board of director and lack of leadership frustrating everyone and they’re walking away? Or is someone cleaning house?
Robert Maier posted on Twitter the other day that he spotted a truck in Guelph with an HG2. He seems to still have conviction even after being ousted…why? Why hasn’t there been a replacement for the COO yet? Is an acquisition or buy-out possible?
Not looking good at the moment…don’t know what to think anymore…Payne needs to go…
