Regarding....(the "Consideration Shares")

The final Purchase Price on closing shall be adjusted accordingly as the sum of the Valuation less the Debt Amount on the Closing Date. The Purchase Price shall consist of up to CAD $1,254,760 or 19% of the Purchase Price in cash ("Cash") and the remaining CAD $5,349,240 or 81% of the Purchase Price in Common Shares of TAAT™ (the "Consideration Shares").

I wonder at what price per share....hope it's not too low....we're already at about 115 million shares O/S....
