RE:News: LPV & CPC - Terms of the FinancingI don't fully understand how his will all work but on the most basic level, I think the idea is that they buy vanadium with the proceeds, hang onto and lease it?

is that right?  If so, why not have done in LCE- I feel a little ripped off....can someone explain it to me a bit
