RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Dear Greta,Another, "do-gooder" that wants to blame Canada for the woes of the European energy consumer.
Given that VET is enjoying the highest commodity prices that Europe has seen in over 4 years I can't imagine why but i suspect the reason is more politcally motivated than financially.
If Europe had access to Canadian Natural Gas it would not only lower the price there but raise tthe price here. I kind of like the way it is now, low here and high there. After all I buy NG here and I don't live there. I also remember that prior to covid, natural gas prices were lower in Europe than they were in North America and VET's share price was tanking even before the lockdowns. I would very much not like to see a return to that kind of scenerio. The solution for European Natural Gas should, in the short term, be costly and difficult. That would benefit VET and its shareholders the most.

Now our hands are tied as first the Ukraine and then probably others succumb to foreign dictates. Not to speak of the legions of the world's poor who are suffering due to energy shortages.
A man , no plan , very banal , Canada !!
