$5 Million Valuation Please correct my arithmetic if I am mistaken. At $5 million I believe there will be a little over 14 million $.35 units comprised of a $.15 common share and a $.20 purchase warrants should the acquisition of Add Biomedical come to completion. As such, not until the common shares are put into the open market and the purchase warrants exercised will investors see any dilution post consolidation.
Does it not make sense that the purchase warrants are unlikely to be exercised until the sp is well above $.20? Again, the second part of any dilution will not take place until then.
Would this not make for a great point of "lift-off" if it took place before the 2021 annual and Q1 2022 financials are released?
To add to this, and for what it's worth, Morningstar's Fair Value sp at the end of the day yesterday is now $.30.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend!!!
