Fast forward to 24:31 into the video Q&A from recent cannabis drinks expo.




Spacestation sold off part of their business to focus on co-packaging, their own brands were becoming a conflict of interest, the CEO mentioned this during the recent cannabis drinks expo.

He also mentioned that they've produced beverages that sat in the warehouse for 9 months.

I haven't found any accurate numbers on the merger, I'd bet the number was low due to it being a merger as opposed to an acquisition..
