I do know Jason Broome who is one of the co-founders and I have a high opinion of his professional capabilities and integrity. To be candid I have not really done a deep assesment of this company as an investor, but I can attest that they have the correct skill set to make high quality products.
Your advice to avoid them as an investment because you have a beef with an investor seems a bit off. What percent of the company shares does his holding company even hold? If he is not in a decision making role how can he effect the companies growth trajectory?
