RE:RE:RIGHT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!$3.70 (and a juicy pref dividend to boot) is annoying but the price of getting a Brookfield on board.  Doing so, is a huge validation of the acquisiton in particular and the business model in general.  My immediate reaction is that this is only the first step of Brookfield's involvement.and therefore I am holding and will buy more on weakness.

I've got no real visibility to whether the price is right or the impact on earnings, other than it being accretive.  $16 sounds a stretch, but one can more easily imagine double digit SP if everything aligns from here.

Yes, Brookfield got a steal, but the bigger headline is that us retail investors still can!
