The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

Don't hold your breath. All the companies involved took massive write offs. Good luck getting company to commit bbl of production. Never mind all the environmental Waco jobs that come out of the woodwork to appose it
