PSH has good land position, GREAT production numbers, HOLDS A TON OF CASH, which will be used to increase land position and buy other producing companies. THEY ARE IN  a EXPANSION 
frame of mind. THEY need to get bigger. THE team is very well connected, with some big players, who would be willing to divest themselves of smaller land positions and production, ENTER PSH.
THIS is a 6 month hold. time to accumulate. 1.70 $$$$$$ give it time. WHEN the volume starts to increase, they are loading up. THIS WILL be similiar to   IPO STOCK, which is 3.60.
