Nice to see you again bud but that is not how junior miners work!  Management chooses the board slate so they owe their board renumeration to management.  Further management can remove them from the slate at the annual meeting.  So generally speaking management runs boards boards do not run management in the junior space.  

The only time that changes is when a finacing occurrs and those doing the financing require seats on the board then sometimes they will boot management.  In this case, it is a retail stock very little institutional involvement so no seats on the board so totally management controlled!
