Lawsuit talk again MK?  Bring it on then.  Prove that I'm wrong!  Show me where it saids in the JV agreement that CUU doesn't have to pay for 25% of the capex from revenues generated once the mine is built.  SHOW ME MK or shut the ****  up then.  Put your money where your mouth is.
