Newmont paid XYZ millions just to get ownership of 50%, but they will still need to invest 2-3B to build it also.
Anyone buying our 25% will pay a one time flat rate and collect juicy dividends after payback for no additional out of pocket cost, regarless the capex cost.
Stop comparing the Galore transactional value with the Schaft Creek JV. You're comparing apples and oranges.
