RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:FINALLY!!!! I don't think Teck would allow this.  They want the canadian tax credits that come with the expanditures.

One difference is that while Teck finances everything, a potential buyer (e.g. Newmont) could invest their money and generate a nice profit elsewhere.
