(Rise Grass Valley). The I-M Mine Property is private land which covers approximately 175 acres of surface land and approximately 2600 acres of private mineral rights. The I-M Mine Property surface rights include three parts of fee simple land, Idaho land representing 56 acres (23 hectares), Brunswick land representing 37 acres (15 hectares), and the Mill Site property representing 82 acres (33 hectares). The I-M Mine Property consists of parcels of surface land located in portions.

whatever happened to Southern Arc Minerals approx 10% shares

whatever happened to Southern Arc Minerals approx 10% sharesInsider transactions show the disposal of approximately 10 million common shares of  Rise gold by Southern Arc Minerals from Dec 16, 2019 to Mar 18, 2021.

there was never any release about what I would have thought been a material change.

If anyone knows what and why this happened, please inform the bulletin board.
