Voting Call??

Voting Call??from a Hexo facebook group: Anyone receive this??

"Today I received a interesting call from guy that said his company was hired by Hexo to contact share holders about the up coming vote . The name of this group was Kingsville Advisors. He tried to impress upon me that it important to vote for all the recommendations. Almost pushy... did anyone in the group receive the same call ? It seemed like he was polling each item to be voted on .. I Google Kingsville Advisors..there a there a strategic advisor company that also does proxy solitation...At no time did this guy mention that... but I after thought I think he was wanting me to proxy my shares to him... I told him I would be voting on line. So is Hexo worried about the upcoming vote...or is this common ? I 've opened shares in other companies and I 've never had a call like this"...
