I certainly can't disagree with you, but I will hope for the best and hope that DM can possibly get uplisted earlier.

The company put out their Q4/Year-end financials at the end of April last year. However, since the company is looking to uplist on to the TSX, I assume as soon as possible, I am hoping they will abide by TSX standards and get their financals out in the 90 day period required by the TSX for Q4/year-end financials, instead of the 120 day period allowed for the TSX Venture. I feel it would show the TSX the company is serious about their uplisting and that they are able to meet financial obligations based on the TSX requirements and regulations. If that is the case then why delay the financials, which would delay the uplisting.

Maybe this is a question for Marshall on the next discord. Find out if the financials need to be released before the uplist to the TSX.

In the Jan 14 nr dm said they expected to be uplisted to the main tsx by end of June 2022, so I am guessing that they are waiting until the 2021 fins are out at the end of April as this then gives them about 60 days for the uplisting approval. Just my guess...

Marshall mentioned four to six months for the uplisting. So June would be the lastest, but I'm not holding my breath as these things always take longer than what the company says. It would be a very nice surprise if DM got uplisted anytime before the end of June.
