RE:2nd sign !I have other thoughts as to their reason for repeating the PR.  If I'm correct I'll share my thoughts if what I think happens.  It seems to me there should have been more about the new well than the old one.  Like the new wells depth and expected time left to reach the pay zone.  Things they presently know about.
